Returns and Exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. I would recommend reading the description carefully or dropping me a message if you need any further information before ordering.
Sometimes accidents happen, and no matter how well an item is packaged, it can still show up broken or damaged. If this is the case, please contact me ASAP to discuss replacement/refund options.
Please be sure to notify me immediately, refunds/replacements will be processed on a case by case basis and after 14 days I cannot issue refunds or replacements.
If a refund is warranted, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your package is showing as "delivered" but you don't have it. I will not replace your item. Once it leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the post office to deliver your order. 9 times out of 10, if your order says that it was delivered but you don't have it, a simple call to the post office can sort things out. It could just be that your neighbour got it by accident or it hasn't quite actually been delivered yet.
If they lose your package, or deliver to the wrong address, please get in contact with your local Post Office to determine how they can assist you. If you want to make sure that your item is insured, please pay for Priority shipping. Also, please ensure that your order is being shipped to a secure address.
